If you are using Internet Explorer 6 and you receive an error stating that Activex content is being blocked, click the line of text at the top of this window just below the address bar and click "allow blocked content"

If you are using Netscape Navigator, Firefox, Thunderbird, or older versions of Internet Explorer please log onto their website and make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.
